Musiklizenzvereinbarung

1. Introduction

This Music License Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Music & Motions (“Licensor”) and the client (“Licensee”). By purchasing and using the music provided by Music & Motions, Licensee agrees to the terms outlined in this Agreement.

2. Grant of License

Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the licensed music solely for dressage performances and competitions. This license does not grant ownership of the music to Licensee.

3. Permitted Uses

Licensee may use the licensed music for:

  • Personal use in dressage competitions.

  • Training purposes.

  • Video recordings of performances for personal use.

  • Social media sharing (non-commercial only).

4. Restricted Uses

Licensee may not:

  • Sell, distribute, or sublicense the music to third parties.

  • Use the music in commercial productions, advertisements, or monetized content.

  • Modify or remix the music without written permission from Licensor.

  • Register the music with any copyright collection agency.

5. Ownership & Copyright

Licensor retains full ownership and copyright of the music. Licensee does not acquire any rights beyond the usage rights granted in this Agreement.

6. License Fees & Payment

  • Licensee agrees to pay the agreed license fee before receiving the final music files.

  • No refunds will be issued once the music has been delivered.

7. Delivery & Format

  • Music will be delivered via CD, USB, or cloud storage.

  • File formats: MP3 (for personal use) and WAV/FLAC (for professional environments).

8. Liability

Licensor is not responsible for any issues arising from the use of the music in competitions or other settings. Licensee is responsible for ensuring that their use complies with event regulations.

9. Termination

This license is perpetual, unless terminated by a breach of the terms. If Licensee violates this Agreement, the license is revoked immediately, and all use of the music must cease.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by Dutch law, and any disputes shall be resolved through standard legal procedures.
