2. Services and Products
Music & Motion specializes in creating custom freestyle music for dressage competitions and event music. Each composition is fully tailored to the client’s needs.
3. Ordering & Payment
Deposit: 50% of the total amount is invoiced at the start of the project.
Final Payment: The remaining 50% must be paid before the final music is delivered.
Payment Methods: Payments are accepted via bank transfer (Wise) only.
Confirmation: An order is only final after receipt of the deposit and confirmation from Music & Motion.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
In case of cancellation, the amount already paid remains with Music & Motion.
No refunds will be issued, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
If the client terminates a project early, all work completed up to that point will be charged.
5. Delivery Time & Rush Orders
Standard delivery time: 3 to 4 weeks.
Rush Orders: A rush order can be requested in consultation. The delivery date depends on the schedule and the project and is subject to an additional fee.
Delivery Time Exceptions: If unforeseen circumstances affect the delivery time, the client will be notified in a timely manner.
6. Modifications & Revisions
During the process, modifications can be made at no extra cost, provided they fall within the original scope of the project.
After delivery, modifications can be requested, but they will incur additional costs.
A complete style change is not possible without starting a new project.
7. Usage & Copyright
The delivered music may only be used for competitions and non-commercial purposes.
Music & Motion retains full ownership of all music rights.
It is not permitted to edit, reuse, or distribute the music without prior written permission.
8. Existing Music & Copyright Responsibility
If a client wishes to use existing music, Music & Motion can assist in obtaining the necessary licenses.
Music & Motion is, however, never responsible for obtaining these rights.
Any legal claims or disputes regarding copyright remain the full responsibility of the client.
9. Delivery & File Formats
Music is delivered via CD, USB, and Cloud storage.
File formats: MP3 (for small devices) and WAV/FLAC (for professional environments).
File issues will be resolved within 48 hours, but Music & Motion is not liable for technical problems outside its own delivery.
10. Liability
Clients are responsible for approving the music during the process.
Once final approval is given, no further changes can be made.
Music & Motion is not liable for issues arising from the use of the music in competitions or other situations.

12. Disputes & Legal Matters
These terms are governed by Dutch law.
